I’m Zoe, founder of Pink Gorilla Media.

At 51, I’m starting again, properly.

Not from scratch because I failed, but because something in me shifted. I realised I wanted to build a life and a business that felt real, creative, and rooted in purpose.

Right now, I’m funding my next chapter through my art, upcycling, creating, selling, and pouring everything into opening The Wellness Tavern, a space for contrast therapy, community, and wellbeing.

Alongside that, I still do what I’ve always done: help small business owners show up online with confidence.

Everything I teach comes from lived experience. I built and turned around my own creative business, Muck N Brass, with no marketing background, no rulebook, just a lot of trial, error, and learning in public. Pink Gorilla Media was born from that.

I offer practical social media and content support, Power Hours, retreats, and honest guidance for people who feel overwhelmed by all the noise online.

But something unexpected has happened since I started sharing this new chapter.

The blog posts I wrote just to process my own life have resonated deeply. I’ve received so many messages from women saying, “I feel the same,” or “I thought it was just me.”

And that’s where new offerings have grown naturally, like the Creative Confidence Hour and women’s retreats, spaces for encouragement, creativity, and starting again without pressure..

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for a fresh start of your own, you’re in the right place.

I get it, the overwhelm, the doubt, the fear that comes with trying to show up on social media when you’re running a small business. I’ve been there. I know how hard it can be to find the time, the confidence, and the right words when you’re already juggling everything else.

But I also know how powerful social media can be when you approach it with the right mindset and the right tools. I’ve seen firsthand how it can help you grow, connect, and turn your passion into something bigger.

My mission is to help you get past the fear, share your story in a way that feels true to you, and build not just a following, but a real, thriving community and business.
