Set in the tranquillity of Dartmoor, with private river access, cosy wood burners, and breathtaking nature all around, this retreat is your chance to reconnect, recharge, and rise.

Over the weekend you’ll explore the transformative practices of breathwork, cold exposure, sauna rituals, movement, and meditation, powerful tools that help you release stress, boost energy, strengthen your immune system, and break through the barriers holding you back.

But this retreat goes beyond wellbeing. You’ll have a 1:1 business strategy session with me, where we’ll focus on your ideas, goals, and challenges. Before the retreat, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire so I can understand your business ambitions and be ready to dive straight into the areas that matter most to you. Together, we’ll map out a plan to give you clarity and confidence for your next steps, so you return home not just rejuvenated, but with fresh direction for your business or creative projects.

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable if you can no longer attend. However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else, just let us know their name in advance. In special circumstances, we may be able to offer credit toward a future event.
