A gentle 60 minute session to help you reconnect with yourself and what lights you up

This is not a business coaching call.

This is not a strategy session.

And it’s definitely not about turning your creativity into something you have to monetise.

The Creative Confidence Hour is a calm, supportive space for anyone who feels a little stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their own spark.

Maybe you’ve lost touch with your creativity.

Maybe you’ve spent years putting everyone else first.

Maybe you scroll for distraction, compare yourself, or feel like you don’t know where to start anymore.

This session is simply an hour to come back to you.

Together, we’ll have a relaxed conversation about what you love, what you’re drawn to, and what might be quietly waiting underneath the noise.

No pressure. No pushing. No expectations.

Just gentle coaching style questions, encouragement, and space to explore what feels good.
