Pink Gorilla is On the Road, and this time I’m heading to Harborne for an afternoon of practical, straight-talking small business help.

Have a business idea but don’t know where to start? Already selling, but unsure what to focus on next? Bring it all along.

Before the workshop, you’ll fill in a short questionnaire about your business and what you need help with. I’ll use everyone’s answers to shape the session around the people in the room, so this won’t be four hours of generic business advice that has nothing to do with you.

We’ll look at what you offer, who it’s for, how people find you and what might be getting in the way of a sale. There’ll be practical exercises, honest conversation and plenty of room to ask the questions you’ve been sitting on.

You don’t need a polished business plan or a perfect Instagram account. Come as you are, whether you’re turning a hobby into a business or have been trading for years. You’ll leave with clearer priorities and a short list of things you can actually do next.

And this doesn’t have to be a one-off. As your business moves forward and new questions come up, you’re welcome to book another workshop and work through what’s next.
